制氢加氢以电解水制氢的方式生产高纯氢气，产量300Nm3/h，采用40MPa和75MPa高压储罐储氢方式，储氢总量可达6000Nm3。采用平衡加气的方法，充气速率50Nm3(≥4kg)/min，为燃料电池电动汽车及氢内燃发动机汽车提供氢气能源的充装，为其它工业用氢提供原料氢气，同时也可为燃料电池的研发生产提供实验、检测用氢。
